Lustrous tanzanite crystal of blue-violet tanzanite with no matrix attached. The crystal is terminated, highly lustrous, internally transparent. Shows color change when viewed from front (blue-gray) and side (violet). One crystal edge has a small chip (8x1.5 mm), but all crystal faces are clean and undamaged.
